Seriously, this is the ideal shake post-workout with some additional greens (don't worry, you don't really taste them) to fuel the healthy badass you are. In case you haven't heard it today, you're doing great. Like, really great.
Badass Banana Berry
1-2 scoops of HV Strawberry Smoothie Superfood Powder
1 1/2 cups Plant-based Milk or Water (add more if needed after blending)
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup Spinach or Kale Leaves
1-2 teaspoons of honey
- Combine all ingredients plus 2 scoops of HV Strawberry Smoothie Powder into blender
Blend thoroughly until consistency is smooth & creamy
