If you do not love HV, we will fully refund* (up to) 1 Everyday Bag of each flavor or 1 Bag of On-the-Go packs (12 count) within 30 days of your order being delivered. 

We are so confident you’ll love HV, this even applies to empty bags—you can return 1 empty bag** as long as you are within the 30 day window.

All you have to do is:

1. 1. Reach out to our customer service team on the contact form, letting us know that you’d like a refund.
2. 2. We’ll send you the address where you can return your bag.
3. 3. Mail the bag to us (you are responsible for this postage).
4. 4. We will initiate your refund within 72 hours of receiving your package.

 

*Full refund means the total amount you paid for up to 1 bag of each flavor + shipping and handling + sales tax. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

**Repeated refund requests from the same customer are not allowed.
